The summer terrace is located on a pontoon structure installed on the lake next to the restaurant. This is a place where nature becomes part of the gastronomic experience: on three sides there is water, and around there are pine trees, which create a feeling of solitude and peace.

The terrace space is designed for various scenarios - from daily breakfasts and leisurely lunches to private events. The design allows you to quickly organize a buffet line or zone the territory according to the format of the event and the number of guests. For this, there are places for storing modular equipment and furniture.

A Terrace Designed in the Spirit of Terroir

The idea of ​​​​the renovation was to make the terrace cozy and harmonious, in the spirit of the philosophy of Terroir Design - when the space reflects the character of the place. The atmosphere of the terrace echoes the concept of a recreation complex that offers an escape from the city and complete immersion in nature.

The installation under the ceiling gently changes the rhythm of the space, adding naturalness and warmth to it. The random arrangement of the rails resembles the structure of a nest or pine needles covering the ground in a forest. This detail creates a visual metaphor that each guest can read in their own way.
