IL Panettiere bakery is located on the first floor of one of the Fomich Estates buildings, forming a unified, lively space alongside the hotel reception and flower shop. The atmosphere is bright, light, and airy, designed to accommodate the dynamic traffic of both hotel guests and resort visitors in general.
SPATIAL RHYTM
The focal point of the bakery is a massive bar counter, conceptually divided into three functional sections: baked goods, ice cream, and alcohol. The floor, counter, and sections of the walls are adorned with octagonal mosaic tiles, which create a rhythmic flow and unify the space.
CRAFT DISPLAYED
The heart of the bakery—the production area—is separated from the main hall by transparent glass. This allows visitors to observe the baking process while maintaining the aesthetic and order of the main space. This design communicates the bakery's core values: honesty, transparency, and uncompromising quality. A curved glass display fridge for festive desserts and cakes is integrated behind the bar counter.
NATURAL BALANCE
The interior palette is built on a combination of green shades, light wood, and gray mosaic. The soft lines of the bar and furniture soften the geometry of the space, while panoramic windows fill it with natural light, creating a sense of lightness and tranquility.
